What is the refund policy?

If you qualify, you may receive up to 50% of your payment in SpeightWorld credit. This credit applies to all SpeightWorld products and services.

Why is there a price difference from my referral?

Every project is priced differently as we aim to provide a tailored customer experience.

How does my project make it to SpeightWorld’s official Instagram page?

SpeightWorld randomly selects from the pool of projects that have been completed. You can ask to be removed from this pool.

How do I get started?

Feel out the inquiry form and wait for a returned questionnaire on your project details.

What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround time is 1-8 business days. This will vary between project requirements.

How many revisions do I get?

This is discussed on a project basis and will be included within each project briefing.

What are the prices?

We work on a project-to-project pricing basis.

Can I cancel a project?

Yes, you can terminate the contract via email or iMessage to receive an official project termination document. After that has been submitted, the project has officially been closed and can not be reopened without starting the inquiry process. Please see our refund policy.

I don’t want an entire branding package, I only want the logo. Can I get it separate?

Here at SpeightWorld, we prefer to give the customer everything they may need included. This is to ensure that you have the best experience with your brand moving forward. It also allows the customer to continue building their brand without experience with all the assets included within the package.

Photography

What is the turnaround time?

Photos will be delivered between 2-4 business days.

How will I receive my work?

You will receive your files via email in high resolution.

What is the cancellation policy?

There will be a cancellation fee within 48 hours of the booking time. This fee is 30% of the total price of the booking.

Can I see all the unedited pictures?

Unfortunately, we can not disclose unedited photos with the exception of product photography.

I want to book out of state, what is the process?

The process will be the same with the addition of travel fees and expenses.

What is the hourly rate?

$250 per hour is the base hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum.

Can I book outside of contact hours?

Yes! The contact hours are when email responses will be sent. Feel free to book

Creative Management Program

How can I apply for the program?

You can apply for the program at speightworld.com/cmp.

Why do I see “applications closed”?

Speightworld can only accept a limited number of signees. This is to ensure that all signees receive adequate resources.

How can I book a signee?

SpeightWorld.com/CMP will have the entire list of current signees. To book them, click the “book now” button under each signee. From there select what you want to book them for and follow the prompts to checkout.
