Creative Management Program
The SpeightWorld Creative Management Program is a partnership between SpeightWorld and creators. We provide you with the high-quality videography, photography, graphic design, creative direction, and management needed to be a successful creator. We acknowledge that it is difficult to afford these things at times during your career. We believe that lack of resources should not be a reason to hinder creativity. Everyone’s partnership is tailored to their needs and everybody will have a unique experience with the program.
How to join the program
SpeightWorld can only accept and approve a limited amount of applications to ensure that all signees receive the resources they need. If applications are closed, please follow @SpeightWorld on all platforms to ensure you are notified when they reopen. If you are approved for the program, you will be emailed a contractual agreement that must be signed and returned within 8 business days. Once signed and returned, congratulations, you will receive a follow up email on the next steps. After 8 business days of sending the contractual agreement via email, you will be notified that the offer has been rescinded if not signed.

CMP is a professional creative management program, and not every applicant will be accepted. Selected artists must be serious about their career, open to structure, and ready to meet contractual obligations.
We are looking for dedicated signees with strong work ethic, consistency, and the ability to commit to focused creative work. Building a brand in today’s market takes time, discipline, and effort, so applicants should be prepared to create, communicate, and stay active for at least 30 consecutive days during the development process.
We want artists who are ready to grow, take direction, and treat their career like a real business.
